Top 10 Hot Female Artists

By Joey | 01/11/2009

I was Youtube the other night and came across some videos. I was discussing with a friend some of the different hot singers or groups that came out of the 80s. I figured I should put a together to let my voice be heard. It really is difficult to pick just 10, since being from the 80s already bumps them up a few points, but I did my best.

*Warning: I know there will be some debate that Madonna, , , Debbie Gibson, and Tiffany did not make the . However they are all obvious choices and I wanted to have a little more obscurity in some of my picks. I also wanted women who mostly had their big songs in the 80s.

10. Expose: Trio in fluorescent spandex? I’m sold.

9. Vixen: Hair metal can kick-ass and be sexy at the same time.

8. Kim Wilde: “Fast Times” would not have been the same without her youth anthem.

7. Laura Branigan: If she were alive today, she’d still be hot.

6. Nancy Wilson of Heart: Sorry Ann you may have the voice but your sister can rock some power ballads on her axe.

5. Martika: Shed her Kids Incorporated shell and blossomed.

4. Samatha Fox: Pink hair and ripped jeans, need I say more?

3. Belinda Carlisle: From Go-Go bad girl to successful solo artist, she kept getting prettier through the years.

2. Susannah Hoffs of the Bangles: Sure there were other girls in the band, but it was Susannah who always made my Monday manic.

and finally…
1. Lita Ford: The quintessential 80s rocker chick. She held her own amongst the rock legends, and looked great in leather. She can kiss me deadly anytime.

So there you have it. The 10 sexiest singers/groups from the 80s. I made the and am sticking to it. If you have and comments, please let me know. Who knows…maybe soon we’ll see my top 10 ladies from 80s .
